Pre-register for the class that works for you by calling or coming into Nourish. $30 is collected for the kitty with all mnies ($5 for admin fee) being paid out to the two top winners at the end of the 12 weeks. Each week a different nutrition / weight loss topic is presented and that weeks biggest loser is celebrated (private weight in with a specialized prize awarded).
