What is NOURiSH?

NOURiSH is a new Herbalife nutrition club located at the Kid's Creek Market Place in Traverse City near Meijer.

Utilizing the power of motivation and information, we offer free nutrition classes, personalized wellness and weight management coaching, and fun group weight loss challenges.

A variety of delicious and healthy meal replacement shakes, smoothies and teas are also available. Enjoy all this in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Bring your laptop and enjoy our free Wi-Fi.

Weight Loss Challenges

Tuesdays at 12pm and 5:30pm
Saturdays at 10am All classes start the week of the 12th

Pre-register for the class that works for your by calling or coming into Nourish. $30 is collected for the kitty with all monies ($5 admin fee) being paid out to the two top weight loss winners at the end of the 8 weeks. Each week a different nutrition / weight loss topic is presented and that weeks biggest loser is celebrated (private weigh in with a special prize awarded). Class size is limited and success rate is high. Reach your weight loss goals at Nourish!

$6 a session or $3 if currently particiapting in a WLC

Recipe of the Month - "Pumpkin Banana Smoothie"
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 2 Shake Mix, 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder, 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 medium banana, few drops vanilla, 1/8 teapsoon pumpkin pie spice, 4 ice cubes. Place all inrgedients in the blender and blend thoroughlly.
